This series represents a visual diary of a journey through the Gobi desert from Ulaanbaatar. I saw many diverse forms of living. Although the traditional nomadic lifestyle is still the most common, you can see the heavy imprints of capitalism and the digital age in the capital city. Globalisation and rapid urbanisation appears in so many ways: how the horses became motorbikes, new idols born over Genghis Khan such as Superman, and children playing basketball in places you would never imagine.
